Pre-release information

VendorsOrbit is in development. Feature descriptions, planned pricing, availability, screenshots, and timelines may change before release. This website does not currently sell subscriptions or guarantee access to a beta or public launch.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated systems to abuse its forms.

Event information

When event listings become available, individual market managers will be responsible for the accuracy of their dates, locations, vendor availability, rules, and cancellation decisions. VendorsOrbit is a technology platform and is not the organizer of independently published events unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual property

The VendorsOrbit name, original visual identity, website design, application design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party market names, business names, and submitted content remain the responsibility of their respective owners.

No warranty

The pre-release website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific launch date, or that every planned feature will be released exactly as described.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the mobile service approaches release. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
