FROM APPLICATION TO ARRIVAL

Less chasing. Fewer surprises.

Market information is usually scattered across social posts, text threads, paper forms, and spreadsheets. VendorsOrbit is being built to put the operational pieces in one clear workflow.

  • Managers know exactly which categories still have space.
  • Vendors only enter chats for events that approved them.
  • Consumers see public information without internal vendor messages.
  • Cancellation and reschedule notices include the information people need.

LOCAL PILOT · NATIONAL VISION

Starting in St. Tammany. Built for markets everywhere.

St. Tammany Parish is the first real-world testing region—not the limit of VendorsOrbit. The platform is being designed for flea markets, community markets, vendor fairs, and pop-ups throughout the United States. Vendors and consumers choose a mileage range, so every person sees relevant events near their own location.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before launch.

Is VendorsOrbit available in the App Store?

Not yet. The mobile app is in active development. This website will be updated with official download links only after store availability is confirmed.

Does VendorsOrbit collect vendor booth payments?

The current plan focuses on market operations, membership, applications, communication, and check-in—not collecting a manager's individual event fees.

Can one person be both a manager and vendor?

A standard account has one permanent role to keep permissions and billing clear. The internal product demonstration can switch roles for testing.

Who can access an event chat?

The manager, authorized staff, and vendors approved for that specific event. Consumers do not enter vendor operations chats.
