The problem
A market manager may publish dates on social media, collect applications through separate forms, approve vendors through messages, track categories in spreadsheets, and coordinate arrival through group chats. Vendors repeat their business details and search across many pages. Consumers may not learn an event was canceled until they arrive.
The approach
VendorsOrbit gives managers, vendors, and consumers distinct account experiences tied to one source of event information. Private operations remain private. Public information stays easy to find. Important changes reach the people connected to that date.
Proven locally, designed nationally
Initial product testing is grounded in flea markets, community markets, and pop-up events across St. Tammany Parish and the Northshore. That is the launch region, while the platform itself is being designed for independent organizers, vendors, and shoppers throughout the United States.
Current status
The native mobile prototype is in active development and real-device testing. VendorsOrbit is not currently available in an app store, and no memberships are being sold through this website.
