Information you provide
If you join the launch list, we collect the name, email address, role, city or community, optional organization name, and optional message you submit. The form also records basic technical information such as the originating IP address for abuse prevention and security.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand the needs of market managers, vendors, consumers, and partners, plan early testing, and send relevant VendorsOrbit launch updates. We do not sell launch-list information.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider that may process normal server logs, security information, and form data on our behalf. Standard internet infrastructure providers may also process connection information needed to deliver the site.
Cookies
The launch form uses a short-lived session cookie to prevent forged submissions and abuse. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Retention and security
Launch information is retained while the product is being developed or until it is no longer needed for the stated purposes. We use reasonable technical controls, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or remove launch-list information through the contact page. Future marketing email will include an unsubscribe method when applicable.
Children
This website and planned service are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information through the launch form.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, mobile app, and service providers develop. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
